This is the easiest chicken and mushrooms recipe that I have made up since we have started our Keto diet back up. It kinda fell apart a little after my birthday celebration but today was our Day 1 again! I actually have felt my body struggling to wake up and have energy without the diet. I hope my body returns to normal soon and if you haven’t started the Ketogenic diet I recommend trying it and checking out Keto- WHAT!?!?!
This healthy chicken and mushroom recipe also includes the “Everything but the bagel seasoning” found at Trader Joes that has become increasingly popular! It is good on so many things and this is defintely becoming a staple seasoning for us!
This also includes a Vitality Oil that I recently had a party with. Essential Oils are a lot stronger than dried herbs and much less hassle than fresh herbs. Here’s the Easy and Quick Chicken and Mushrooms Recipe:
1 lb Chicken Breast
2 cups mushrooms
Oregano Vitality Essential Oil
4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
3 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TSP Everything but Bagel Seasoning
Preheat olive oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook with lid on for about 18-20 min. flipping half way through. Next, add in mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, and everything but the bagel seasoning. Insert a clean toothpick into the Oregano Vitality Oil and swirl into chicken and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender and chicken is no longer pink in center.
