This is another easy sheet pan chicken recipe that I have made up. I love when dinner is a breeze to clean up. I feel so good when I can just throw away some foil and clean up is done! Potatoes are high in carbs so just keep that in mind if you are following keto diets. For me this is the only meal with carbs today so I get to load up for this meal.
This chicken sheet pan dinner also includes the zesty herb seasoning that I use for many other recipes! It is good on so many things and this is definitely a versatile seasoning blend.
This also includes a Vitality Oil that I recently had a party with. Essential Oils are a lot stronger than dried herbs and much less hassle than fresh herbs. Here’s the One Sheet Pan Chicken and Potatoes Recipe:
1 lb Chicken Breast
1 lb Carrots
1/2 lb Potatoes
1/2 Tablespoon Paprika
*Oregano Vitality Essential Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
6 Tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut chicken breasts into small bite-size pieces. Cut potatoes into bize size pieces also. Add chicken, potatoes, and carrots into a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil and herb blend.
Line baking sheet with foil and add mixture pressing down into a single layer. Bake on 350° for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and veggies are soft and easily pierced with a fork.
